Tutorial

  1. Fill the fields
  2. Select all of the email footer content. ( It should autoselect when clicking on it )
  3. Then copy the selection ( Press "copy" on the text, not on the image, or cmd + con Mac or ctrl + c on Windows )
  4. Open Outlook 2016 and go File>Options
  5. Then choose Mail and then Signature.
  6. Click on the new button and give it a name
  7. Paste the copied content to the textarea
  8. Set the new signature as default signature
  9. Press OK and it is ready to use
